We want to reduce the number of suicides in our community and raise the community's  overall wellbeing.  We will achieve this through education and training coupled with a 1:1 emotional support service.  We Believe-In a happier, healthier community

Our 1:1 service provides you with a safe and compassionate space that is free from judgement and where you can explore how you feel in whichever way works for you with our COSCA qualified practitioner.

Talking is proven to help with conditions such as:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Eating Disorders

  • Addictions

  • Difficult Life Events

  • Chronic Illness

The benefits of having time to talk, shout, cry or even think can ripple through every aspect of your life.
